Terms of service

1. Who you are dealing with

InvictusMall is a marketplace. Each store on the platform is an independent business that sells its own products and provides its own services. When you buy or book, your contract for that product or service is with the store. InvictusMall runs the platform, collects payment on the store's behalf and pays the store out.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate details and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, are used for fraud, or harm other users or stores.

3. Orders, bookings and prices

• Prices are set by each store and calculated by the platform at checkout. The total you confirm is the amount charged.
• One checkout can include items from several stores; each store gets its own order.
• Your order or booking is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email.
• A store may cancel an order or booking it cannot fulfil; you are then refunded in full.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure form and never stored by InvictusMall. You authorise us to charge the amount shown at checkout.

5. Selling on the platform

Stores apply to join and are reviewed before they go live (open a store). Stores must describe products and services accurately, honour confirmed orders and bookings, comply with the law, and handle customer data only to fulfil orders. Separate merchant terms, including fees and payouts, apply to stores.

6. Acceptable use

• No fraud, unlawful goods or services, or misuse of other people’s payment methods.
• No attempts to break, overload or get around the security of the platform.
• No scraping, spam or harassment of stores, staff or customers.

7. Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, InvictusMall is not liable for the products or services stores provide, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

8. Changes and contact
